Instructions
Planting in pots and repotting plants:
- Repotting should be done in autumn or in the spring.
- Place a layer of potsherds or clay pebbles at the bottom of the new pot.
- Add a layer of Terraland potting soil for ericaceous plants in the pot.
- Remove the old soil from the roots and cut off all dead roots.
- Place the plant in the new pot and fill it with soil.
- Press lightly and water.
- Water regularly according to the needs of the plant.
HINT:
If it is impossible to repot the plant, remove the old potting soil as much as possible without damaging the roots of the plant. Fill the pot with a layer of Terraland potting soil for ericaceous plants, press lightly and water slowly.
Planting in the ground
- Dig a hole three times larger than the root ball.
- If the soil is heavy or dense, loosen it slightly so that water can easily seep into the ground.
- Provide guidance or a plant pole for fast-growing plants or climbers.
- Use Terraland potting soil for ericaceous plants pure, without mixing it with the soil, and place the plant in the hole.
- Fill the hole up to slightly above ground level and press lightly.
- Water the plant daily during the first week.
- Attach the plant to the guide or plant pole after 24 hours.
