Evergreen Garden Care Completes Acquisition of Agaris Horti

Evergreen Garden Care is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Agaris Horti from Straco Private Equity.  Agaris is a European leading private label player in the horticultural industry, specialising in the production and distribution of high-quality substrates, soil improvers and soil covers across France, Poland and Belgium.  Agaris’ commitment to quality products, focus on innovation and sustainability, strong customer relationships in retail and professional segments and committed work force is highly recognised by the industry.
