Substrate for strawberries

For strawberry cultivation, we have developed stable substrates, suitable for any planting or transplanting round. Our growing media are produced with among others RHP-certified peat, perlite, wood fiber and buffered coco.
Thanks to a balanced composition, we create the right chemical and physical properties for an airy and well-draining root environment -important factors for a successful harvest!

Possibilities / Codes: LP8GCOPE, LP8GCOPEPERLRHP
Raw Materials: Combination of milled and sod peat, optionally wood fiber
Character: Combination of milled and sod peat supplemented with wood fiber. The mixes have an ideal air content tailored to cultivation requirements. Any addition of non-peat materials contributes extra drainage and/or air content.
Possibilities / Codes: LP8C000BD5E4, LP8CWO
Raw Materials: Emphasis on sod peat, optionally with a portion of milled peat. Perlite, coco chips, coco fiber, and wood fiber can provide important supplementation.
Character: Sod peat ensures a stable substrate with high air content. Mixing in perlite provides an extra guarantee of air content. Coco contributes to good water uptake and distribution throughout the substrate. In short, a balanced combination of raw materials results in a highly manageable substrate.
